Leadership & Service

Leadership & Service

Our Club Kids are valuable members of the community, and we are dedicated to giving them the resources and opportunities to lead and serve in Atlantic City and beyond.

Key Stone Club

This is an opportunity for Club Kids to engage in community service and fundraising, preparing them to live and lead in the 21st century. We also honor our Youth of the Year, a leadership recognition program that celebrates our inspiring teens and their incredible journeys. The Key Stone Club program includes mentoring, college prep and career exploration.

SMART Leaders

Club Kids can volunteer to serve as positive peer leader role-models in our SMART Moves program, which promotes responsible behavior in young people, such as abstinence from substance abuse and premature sexual activity. This program includes mentoring.

Torch Club

Torch Clubs are small-group leadership and service clubs for kids ages 10 to 13 that are targeted to meet the needs of this age group during this critical stage in their development. Torch Club members learn to elect officers and work together to implement activities in four areas: Service to Club and community, Education, Health and fitness and Social recreation. The Torch Club Awards are presented annually to Torch Clubs with outstanding programs and activities in the four areas. Members from all over the country can take part in a service-learning experience through the National Torch Club Project.
