Triniwell is the Chief Executive Officer of the Boys & Girls Club of Atlantic City, a role that blends her deep community ties with a distinguished career in leadership, finance, and youth advocacy. A proud Atlantic City native, Tracey has dedicated her life to empowering young people and fostering opportunities that inspire growth, education, and success.
Before stepping into her role as CEO, Tracey spent over a decade at AtlantiCare as the Administrative Director of Women’s and Children’s Services. Tracey’s commitment to youth development runs deep. For more than 10 years, she served on the board of the Boys & Girls Club of Atlantic City, holding key leadership positions on the Program, Executive, Governance, Finance, and Development Committees. She also played a critical role as the Club’s Area Council Liaison to the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, ensuring that Atlantic City’s youth benefit from national resources and best practices.
As CEO, Tracey is driven by a vision to expand the Club’s programs, creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. She is passionate about amplifying the Club’s story, showcasing its transformative impact on Atlantic City’s youth, and securing partnerships that fuel its mission.
Her dedication to service extends beyond the Club. She serves as Treasurer on the board of O.C.E.A.N. Inc. and is a key steering committee member for the Atlantic City High School Basketball Invitational, Battle by the Bay, which unites young athletes through sportsmanship and community pride. In 2021, her outstanding contributions earned her a place in the Atlantic County Women’s Hall of Fame.
A leader within several distinguished African American service organizations, Tracey is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., The Links, Inc., and Jack and Jill of America, Inc., where she currently serves as president, championing leadership, education, and civic engagement.
At the heart of her success is family. Tracey and her husband, Lawrence, are proud parents of four and grandparents to one. Away from her professional and community commitments, she finds joy in relaxing on the beach, traveling to new destinations, and cherishing time with loved ones.
Tracey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Howard University and a Master of Accounting from Rutgers University-Camden.
